Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

- Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Returns and exchange details
All jewelry items are as described in the description of the item so the only surprise for you is how grand it looks when you put it on. This can be verified by reading customer reviews/feedback.
It is very important to me that you are completely happy with your purchase. If anything does not meet your expectations, please let me know within 14 days of your purchase. I will be happy to exchange the item, or refund the purchase price (excluding shipping).
All items need to be returned unused and in good condition in their original packaging.
Buyers will be responsible for return shipping.
Please ship returns insured; if I do not receive the item, I will not be able to issue a refund.
Shipping and insurance charges will not be refunded.
Earring returns will be less a $2.00 fee to replace ear hooks or posts for hygienic reasons.
